(The first ever in the history of the Tekkenpedia). I deeply regret what's happened over the last 12 hours and the data loss that has occurred. I will post some more about this tomorrow. As of now (8:05pm AEST) I seem to have successfully restored the site for the English and Russian versions. As of 5:00pm AEST I had no response from Dreamhost about the server so I began to restore the nightly backups of images + database to a new server hosted on Vultr. At 9:30am AEST I submitted a support request for the server to be restarted or fixed. The resize didn't complete successfully and the server entered an error state that I could do anything to via the online interface. At 9am AEST I made a resize request through the Dreamhost compute panel to move to the next tier.I rebooted an made a note that I will resize the server that we're running on up to the next tier as we'd been getting a lot of traffic. Last night at approx: 8pm AEST I noticed that the site was responding slowly to requests. The database has been restored from a backup (with some ~12 hours of dataloss) and I'm bringing the images back online now. Ok, we're just in the process of recovering from a horrendous outage. Considering I last played seriously with Tekken 5: DR (and can't remember many juggles) you can imagine how well I went (kudos for throwing me a few mercy rounds now and again guys!). It wasn't a busy scene Saturday night but the guys I did play were highly skilled. I had the opportunity to play a few matches of Tekken 7 while I was in Hong Kong at the Super King Arcade. Should be running a bit more smoothly now! Had some ongoing outages due to lack of disk space on the server. Please contact me if you notice anything amiss! Moved servers again, everything should be running as normal.
